Discreet shipping policy

Every order ships in a plain brown box with no branding, no product names and no reference to the contents on the outside. Packaging is prompt and secure, with generous amounts of bubble wrap and stretch wrap protecting the unit — nobody knows what is inside but you.

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis and dispatched in approximately one week. Every parcel is tracked and insured door to door, and you’ll receive a live tracking feed from dispatch to delivery. Typical transit after dispatch: 3–5 business days in the EU, 5–7 business days for the US and Asia.

Tracking also arrives through the Shop app, so you can see where your parcel is at any moment without digging through email. Fully tracked, end to end — the order tracker sets out every route your tracking takes.

Customs declarations are tested worldwide for a smooth, efficient clearance process, and customs costs are reduced wherever they apply. Shipping from the UK, most destinations are not subject to import duty thanks to trade agreements — particularly helpful in countries with low de minimis thresholds — and most orders face no charge at all. Where one does apply, it is minimal: around £10–25 at most, whatever the size of the order. The US charge I pay myself, and Germany and Luxembourg have their import VAT prepaid in the delivery price, with nothing to pay at the door. For other countries with high import VAT, I will help find the most cost-effective option available.

Lockers, pick-up points and other couriers. Standard dispatch is Royal Mail tracked, insured and handed over from the UK. If you would rather use a different carrier such as DHL or UPS, or have the parcel delivered to a locker or pick-up point, message me on EroScripts before you order and it will be arranged for you.

If you have any concerns about privacy or delivery in your country, mention them in your order notes and they will be handled before dispatch.
